Team enablement is a big part of Fusion team. Figma and Code was kept as close as possible and developer experience was considered on every spec. Adoption was measured across teams, keeping an eye on component usage rates and design debt reduction.

ODC Portal, ODC Studio, Workflows and Mentor. All OutSystems internal tools are within Fusion's ecosystem. The Design System team worked cross-platform with different engineering teams to enable token usage and component adoption
Live custom sandbox tool
For OutSystem's low-code components, we supported a custom sandbox tool, so developers, designers and stakeholders can be on the same page, test supported props and find relevant documentation for easy implementation.
